Shipping & Logistics Guidelines
Advance Freight Receiving
- Start Date:June 10, 2025
- Ship in Advance: Reduce the risk of late delivery and additional fees by ensuring early shipments.
- Late Arrivals: Any shipments arriving after June 15, 2025, will incur late processing fees.
- Prohibited Items: Uncrated freight, hazardous materials, items requiring refrigeration, and oversized shipments exceeding 108″H x 93″W will not be accepted.
- Certified Weight Tickets: All shipments must be accompanied by weight certification.
- Receiving Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Onsite Freight Receiving Guidelines
- Receiving Date:GSATT will begin accepting onsite shipments from June 22, 2025.
- Early Shipments: Any shipments arriving before this date may be refused. Exhibitors will be responsible for any additional charges incurred for premature deliveries.
